Its taking a long time for a client to get there

For the last two mornings it resets to the beginning I was on level 14 almost 15 please fix this bug!

I logged into my app after the recent iOS update. I have no idea what happened but after having made it to levels in the thirties I wont be starting over so Im done and out.

Thought mine started over as well. Wrote two star review that will maybe not ever show up. Anyhow, tried starting over just to see what game would do. After the initial start up/basic instructions...it went back to where I was. Weird.

I could see an issue with wanting more in app purchases but as long as you turn it off for your child. Its fun for anyone who likes to play fashion, dolls.

I was also up to level 31 or 32 and the game restarted. Ive lost everything. Can you fix it back?

I was level 46 and for a sudden it restarted from level one...Hope it will be fixed and I can get everything back, or I will have to delete the App.

Ive enjoyed the game and think its a lot of fun. My only complaint is that it takes quite awhile to get gems if you dont buy them. Other than that I think its fun and really enjoy it =)

One day I made 2,800 dollars but later on that same day I only had 800 and today I went on the game and it reset everything and i was back at level 1

Why is there no more jobs after level 23?????

Ive been playing the game for about 3 months and loved it. Today I checked and the game resets itself. The coins and diamonds I had are all gone. I delete the app.
